Sieving conveyor

Soil, the bulb’ tunic and other residue can be quickly and effectively separated from your bulbous plants with the sieving conveyor.

Optimum capacity

The Total Systems sieving conveyor can be used to sieve summer bulbs, such as tulips, daffodils and crocuses, in particular. Large and particularly small bulbs can also be separated, so that only high-quality products remain.

A great advantage of the sieving conveyor is that the grader belt is considerably more organized. This saves on manpower and increases capacity, boosting production and lowering costs.

Waste products, soil and bulbs are then transported separately on conveyor belts and are collected in crates. Disposal can be either fully or semi-automated, whichever you think is necessary.
